I understand the work of building products—and the people and systems behind it.

My experience spans product design, research, and design programs at Facebook, Dropbox, and Doctor On Demand. At Design Dept., I coached new and experienced design leaders through the challenges of leading people.

Today, I bring that experience together with behavioral science, human-centered design, and my studies in organizational psychology at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I focus on how leadership, team structures, AI/superintelligence, and everyday decisions shape both performance and wellbeing.
